Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to establish and enhance dynamic pricing, converting pricing strategy into algorithmic factors and inputs.

• Take ownership of product initiatives that render the pricing algorithm understandable through recommendations, explanations, and narratives.

• Work alongside Engineering within the OBT to outline project scope, draft requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations.

• Lead the roadmap for the AI assistant and MCP product utilizing GenAI technology.

• Generate content and recommendations that make the algorithm and data comprehensible and actionable.

• Manage the recommendations engine, enhancing the quality, coverage, and impact of the recommendations.

• Define and monitor metrics related to adoption, retention, and time to value.

• Convert complex pricing and data concepts into clear requirements, narratives, and priorities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-centric teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably with technical, data-intensive, or model-driven products.

• Background in a startup and SaaS environment.

• Experience in dynamic pricing, ideally within sectors such as short-term rental, hotel, airline, travel, or hospitality.

• Capability to collaborate with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products.

• An AI-forward mindset with the ability to pinpoint valuable GenAI applications.

• Strong analytical skills to link product and pricing data to business outcomes.

• Proficient in clear and direct communication, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for remote collaboration.

• Exceptional cross-functional execution capabilities.

• Experience integrating with platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI assistants, agents, or MCP-based products is a plus.

• Bonus points for SQL familiarity.
