Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for converting new customers through conversational interactions on WhatsApp, automation, insights, and personalized journeys.

• Utilize data to make informed decisions, validate hypotheses, and assess the effectiveness of AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop user-centric, technically feasible, and innovative experiences.

• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to ethical principles, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify challenges and suggest business solutions using AI technologies.

• Effectively communicate objectives, insights, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Promote a culture of learning and experimentation within the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with chatbots, AI agents, or conversational integrations (WhatsApp, APIs, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for digital products, ideally within fintech or financial services.

• Background in AI-based products or solutions related to automation, customer service, or personalization.

• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or predictive models applied in a business context.

• Understanding of product metrics and capability to work with data; proficiency in SQL is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical complexities into business value.

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams consisting of product, engineering, and design professionals.

• Motivation and initiative to explore trends and practical AI applications in the financial sector.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is advantageous.

• Certifications or coursework in AI, Product Management, or Data Science are beneficial.

• Experience with products governed by the Central Bank is a plus.

• Previous work experience in fintechs or financial-services SaaS companies is an asset.

• Familiarity with generative AI platforms (APIs, Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, etc.) is advantageous.

• Experience with AI solutions aimed at revenue generation or supporting commercial and marketing teams is a plus.
