Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of designated customer verticals, focusing on workflows, challenges, and business goals.

• Execute customer interviews, usability assessments, and market research to uncover opportunities for product innovation.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to collect feedback and confirm product direction.

• Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer requirements.

• Establish and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned verticals.

• Weigh customer demands, technical limitations, and business priorities when making product decisions.

• Create business cases and prioritize efforts based on customer impact and organizational objectives.

• Articulate product vision and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout the entire product development process.

• Draft product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Guide products from the discovery phase to launch while ensuring top-notch execution.

• Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to continuously enhance the experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven track record of managing products from discovery to launch.

• Strong skills in customer discovery and product research.

• Ability to translate customer challenges into effective product solutions.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Strong analytical and prioritization capabilities.
