This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee one or more cross-functional sub-teams within the Modo product portfolio, responsible for strategy, execution, and delivery.

• Establish and convey a clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities that align with company objectives and customer requirements.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch impactful features.

• Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements informed by data, research, and business insights.

• Lead initiatives utilizing agile product development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user acceptance testing.

• Assess user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and analyze market trends to guide product decisions and enhance performance.

• Produce comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage KPIs and reporting related to product success; consistently monitor and enhance product performance.

• Maintain clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of scalable product processes as the team expands.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a successful history of launching and scaling mobile products.

• Preference for candidates with experience in social gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes-based platforms.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

• Required experience in mobile app development and lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, etc.); an MBA or technical degree is advantageous.
