Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement intricate product initiatives aimed at the next 3 to 12 months.

• Deliver high-quality products punctually and within budget that align with established product objectives.

• Guide cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and formulate technical specifications.

• Manage product launches and oversee complete lifecycle management.

• Identify and conduct preliminary assessments for potential business or technology partnerships.

• Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements.

• Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends.

• Create business cases and pricing strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

• Identify and assess market and competitive opportunities for new products and extensions.

• Translate strategic business inquiries and concerns from internal partners into actionable projects or analyses.

• Develop business and product requirements, including timelines and dependencies.

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to determine end-customer needs.

• Formulate product hypotheses, design testing plans, and communicate insights into product development.

• Create product roadmaps, prioritize features, build consensus, and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Define success and failure metrics and iterate rapidly.

• Formally document product strategy and roadmap.

• Execute beta and pilot programs.

• Conduct product demonstrations for internal staff and clients.

• Investigate business and technology relationships relevant to product initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.

• 4 to 7 years of Product Management experience in the service industry, high technology, or advanced CRM applications is preferred.

• At least 3 years of progressively responsible project or management experience.

• Previous experience in analyzing trends and market developments.

• Experience in building and managing teams is advantageous.

• Strong combination of project management, financial, and technical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong presentation capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.

• Ability to anticipate potential issues throughout the product lifecycle and plan accordingly.

• Capability to cultivate business relationships and partnerships.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Experience in delivering products from concept to release.

• Proficiency in product roadmap planning and execution.

• Understanding of the complete product lifecycle.

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
