Product Manager – AI, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the product strategy for the designated product or feature area.

• Recognize customer challenges and outline product direction.

• Develop and oversee the product development roadmap.

• Specify product and functional requirements.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer and market demands.

• Collaborate closely with Engineers and Designers to set development priorities and timelines.

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research.

• Engage in customer interviews and user testing sessions.

• Facilitate product discovery, prototyping, and technical validation.

• Manage product development using Agile methodologies.

• Coordinate among stakeholders and development resources.

• Evaluate user feedback and product data to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Assess post-release impact and strive for continuous product value enhancement.

• Work in partnership with Product Marketing Managers, Engineers, Product Designers, AI Researchers, and Business Development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Japanese Native or High Level Required.

• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience for an in-house product.

• Professional background in a B2B business environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams.

• Proficient in analyzing customer and business challenges and converting them into product initiatives.

• Preferred: Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or AI-related products/projects.

• Preferred: Knowledge of UX Research or UI/UX Design.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with manufacturing or R&D organizations.
