📋 Description

• Automate volume forecasting by utilizing Crescendo operational datasets.

• Convert forecasts into staffing and headcount needs.

• Enhance forecast precision through proactive self-improvement methods.

• Create staffing logic that accommodates shared associates among partner programs.

• Develop models for cross-program capacity distribution.

• Facilitate dynamic queue balancing across various workloads.

• Specify how forecasts influence operational decisions within Crescendo.

• Establish AI-driven workforce planning workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Workforce Management is essential.

• Experience in capacity planning within call center (CC) or business process outsourcing (BPO) settings.

• Familiarity with Erlang-based staffing methodologies.

• Proficiency in designing staffing models for different queues or programs.

• Experience in supporting intraday planning or long-term forecasting processes.

• Knowledge of implementing or integrating Workforce Management platforms.

• Experience with systems such as NICE, Verint, Genesys, Calabrio, Aspect, or similar WFM environments.
