Product Manager, Agentic Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategy and roadmap for the agent's functionalities.

• Introduce new capabilities for the agent and enhance existing ones as models advance.

• Take ownership of the agent harness and uphold the quality standards for every response.

• Guarantee accuracy, compliance, and customer confidence in a regulated product.

• Direct cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, research, data science, legal, compliance, and support teams.

• Utilize customer feedback, product insights, and quality metrics to set roadmap priorities.

• Convert customer requirements, model capabilities, regulatory limitations, and platform constraints into an effective, compliant, and valuable agent.

• Engage directly from the roadmap to the agent's management of individual conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in product management.

• Proven hands-on leadership of an AI or LLM-driven product.

• Background in developing or managing an agent harness or a similar system for assessing and enhancing agent quality.

• Daily utilization of LLM-based tools in both personal and professional contexts.

• Capability to seamlessly transition between strategy development, hands-on agent management, and product deployment.

• Proficient in SQL with a tendency to extract your own data.

• Commitment to user trust, safety, and compliance in a product that handles real financial transactions.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated drive and initiative.

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
