Product Manager, Agent Autonomy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end process, determining the extent to which agents can operate autonomously without human intervention.

• Develop and deliver evaluation suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring for autonomous resolutions.

• Provide customers with real-time insights into automated actions and escalations, along with the rationale behind them.

• Create and execute journey-level A/B tests throughout agent workflows.

• Manage onboarding and automation processes to ensure customers achieve complete autonomous coverage swiftly.

• Oversee launch cycles for autonomy features from internal testing stages to early access and general availability.

• Empower customers through webinars, comprehensive documentation, and training sessions.

• Showcase autonomy successes directly to customers and collaborate with sales during the co-selling process.

• Act as a forward-deployed Product Manager when necessary, collaborating with customers to define and implement enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in customer experience, e-commerce, helpdesk, or AI automation sectors.

• Proficient in AI technologies, with daily hands-on experience using tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting structured experiments or A/B tests to enhance product metrics.

• Technical proficiency in webhook systems, OAuth flows, and complex integrations.

• Comfortable engaging with customers, conducting demos, and collaborating with sales for co-selling opportunities.

• Experience in developing trust or visibility features such as dashboards, coverage reports, or status pages is an asset.

• Familiarity with implementing or deploying complex systems for enterprise clients is a bonus.
