This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Take charge of the strategy and roadmap for member communications orchestration across service, clinical, and engagement scenarios.
⢠Lead the assessment of build-vs-buy options and vendor strategies, including evaluations and proofs of concept for orchestration/CDP platforms.
⢠Propel the transition from a fragmented communications infrastructure to a robust orchestration model.
⢠Manage communication preferences and consent experiences, encompassing data integrations, campaign remapping, and comprehensive testing.
⢠Facilitate personalized, data-driven, and AI-enhanced engagement through nudges, journey messaging, suppression logic, segmentation, and next-best-action strategies.
⢠Convert architecture involving Snowflake, CDP, content management, orchestration logic, APIs, and downstream delivery systems into actionable product direction.
⢠Establish measurement frameworks that evaluate delivery performance, engagement, booking conversions, repeat visits, suppression accuracy, preference adoption, and operational efficiency.
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, data, engineering, clinical services, operations, legal/privacy, design, and executive leadership.
⢠Ensure that communications are timely, relevant, clinically appropriate, consent-aware, and maintain member trust and experience.
⢠Over 10 years of experience in product management.
⢠Extensive background in consumer-facing platforms, engagement, lifecycle, growth, CRM, or marketing technology sectors.
⢠Proven ability to link product roadmap choices to business outcomes such as activation, conversion, retention, visit growth, operational efficiency, or revenue impact.
⢠Practical experience with communications, lifecycle, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, or customer engagement platforms like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer.io, or similar tools.
⢠Strong technical knowledge of architecture tradeoffs, APIs, event triggers, data pipelines, segmentation, consent/preference logic, and implementation challenges.
⢠Experience in leading build-vs-buy evaluations, vendor assessments, proofs of concept, platform migrations, or significant cross-functional investments.
⢠Strong product judgment in uncertain environments.
⢠Experience collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, data, engineering, operations, legal/privacy, and executive levels.
⢠Strong analytical skills and the ability to establish measurement frameworks and analyze funnel or engagement data.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Ability to influence without formal authority and foster alignment among teams.
⢠Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship now or in the future.
⢠Preferred qualifications include experience in regulated consumer categories, CDP strategy, Snowflake-based segmentation, reverse ETL, data activation, service or clinical communications, custom orchestration platforms, preference centers, consent systems, suppression logic, or notification-governance frameworks.
