Product Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the product vision, prioritization, and comprehensive product definition.

• Establishes and oversees requirements for Epic and other EHR integrations.

• Converts clinical workflows and care team requirements into actionable specifications.

• Collaborates with clinical, operational, and informatics stakeholders.

• Develops the product roadmap for a variety of products.

• Utilizes metrics to inform decisions regarding the product portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of EHR integration requirements.

• Familiarity with clinical decision support tools.

• Insight into care team operations and care orchestration workflows.

• Competence in utilizing computers, software, and web-based applications.
