Product Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in creating, organizing, and monitoring tickets related to changes and enhancements in the payments service.

• Ensure that work is documented, prioritized, and progressing through the backlog; regularly follow up on status updates and identify any obstacles.

• Collect stakeholder insights, summarize essential information, and prepare materials for meetings with providers.

• Address routine internal inquiries utilizing available resources.

• Acquire knowledge of SQL to extract payment data.

• Support the development of dashboards that monitor payment performance, processing failures, and overall operational health.

• Identify anomalies in payment processes and compile data for reviews and investigations.

• Maintain documentation related to payment processes, fee structures, and operational procedures.

• Prepare succinct written updates for cross-functional teams.

• Engage in agile meetings alongside engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

• Convert technical challenges into understandable language and transform business requirements into actionable tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related area.

• A genuine interest in payments, fintech, and intricate financial systems.

• An innate curiosity paired with a logical approach to problem-solving.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfort with data and a readiness to learn SQL; previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities related to product management, fintech, data analysis, or startups is a plus.

• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable utilizing AI to boost productivity, enhance research, and improve communication.
