Product Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in the creation, organization, and monitoring of tickets related to changes and enhancements in payment services.

• Ensure that work is thoroughly documented, prioritized, and progressing through the backlog; follow up on statuses and identify any blockers.

• Collect stakeholder insights, summarize essential information, and prepare materials for provider meetings.

• Address routine internal inquiries utilizing available resources.

• Acquire knowledge of SQL to query payment data effectively.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of dashboards that track payment performance, processing failures, and operational health.

• Identify anomalies within payment processes and compile data for reviews and investigations.

• Maintain documentation related to payment flows, fee structures, and operational procedures.

• Draft succinct written updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Engage in agile meetings with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

• Convert technical challenges into understandable language and transform business needs into actionable requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Genuine passion for payments, fintech, and intricate financial systems.

• An innate curiosity paired with a logical approach to problem-solving.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfort with data analysis and a willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities related to product management, fintech, data analysis, or startups is a plus.

• Proven experience in utilizing Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Proficient in leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
