Product Management Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for product management that include spec writing, launch reviews, executive updates, and strategy memos.

• Produce exemplary deliverables that reflect senior-level product management clarity, polish, and readiness for executive review.

• Assess AI-generated outputs based on content structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and clarity for stakeholders.

• Draft comprehensive rubrics that establish quality standards for product management communications.

• Differentiate deliverables suitable for leadership from initial drafts.

• Recognize and mark common pitfalls in product management documents, such as vague objectives, absent tradeoffs, and ambiguous prioritization.

• Collaborate with the micro1 platform to align task designs with genuine, impactful product management workflows.

• Provide domain expertise to aid in the training of next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a product manager at a major technology company, such as FAANG, Microsoft, or another organization of similar scale.

• Strong ownership over PRDs, launch documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations.

• Proficiency in fundamental product management frameworks, including JTBD, opportunity solution trees, or prioritization models.

• Outstanding technical writing skills.

• Native-level proficiency in written English.

• Capability to tailor writing for both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience in product strategy, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management in fast-paced growth environments.

• Previous AI experience is not required.

• Preferred: Master’s degree, MBA, or MS in a relevant technical discipline.
