Product Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate program performance by analyzing and optimizing processes to pinpoint opportunities for efficiency enhancements.

• Create presentations and provide data-driven insights to facilitate communications between program managers, clients, and senior leadership.

• Design and sustain enablement processes and documentation, including SmartSheet, alongside project plans for critical initiatives.

• Collect and validate business requirements while overseeing the implementation of program enhancements across various systems, processes, and applications.

• Identify root causes, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to prevent future risks.

• Act as the primary liaison and sole point of contact for client implementations.

• Generate reports and assist in pathway development as necessary.

• Develop operational training for interdepartmental staff who engage with the program.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills to monitor tasks and their completion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.

• Capable of utilizing data and reporting tools to research, organize, and summarize findings effectively.

• High technical and functional aptitude for problem-solving and managing process flows.

• Ability to manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team on large-scale projects.

• Self-driven with a high degree of personal initiative.

• Must have a home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload when working remotely.

• Hourly rate may vary based on relevant experience and geographic location.
