Applied AI Solutions Analyst, Legal Practice Groups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with attorneys and leaders of legal practice groups to pinpoint workflow challenges and convert them into AI use cases.

• Create and develop AI solutions utilizing foundational AI platforms, encompassing conversational tools and document automation.

• Coordinate agentic workflows that manage multi-step legal and business processes through integration frameworks and APIs.

• Develop custom applications and solutions using prompting techniques.

• Seamlessly integrate AI solutions with M365 applications, the Enterprise Data Warehouse, the firm's Document Management System, and various other enterprise applications.

• Implement iterative feedback loops with stakeholders.

• Validate design solutions and ensure clear documentation is maintained throughout the delivery process.

• Monitor the landscape of large language models (LLM) and introduce actionable AI innovations to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience delivering software-based solutions in a Business Analyst, solutions, or technical product capacity.

• Familiarity with legal industry workflows such as matter management, knowledge management, or client delivery.

• Proven experience in building AI solutions — having developed AI tools, workflows, or agents either professionally or personally.

• Advanced skills in prompt engineering.

• Proficient in at least one leading AI foundation platform.

• Experience with API integration, including REST, JSON, and cloud environments (Azure preferred).

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate model behavior to a managing partner.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Background in agentic frameworks, tool-use chains, or orchestration of autonomous agents.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflow frameworks.

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance in regulated environments.
