CRM Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the analysis of integration requirements for CRM implementations and various business systems.

• Create detailed user stories and thorough acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Perform data mapping and process modeling to guarantee smooth system integration and data accuracy.

• Take ownership of requirements and proactively connect business needs with technical solutions.

• Work collaboratively with global teams on comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and mapping CRM business processes, including Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of API and systems integration principles.

• Hands-on experience in Agile environments.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

• Proven expertise in data mapping and process modeling.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Solid understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering practices.

• Proficient in oral English.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
