Product-Led Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Program Foundation: Establish and develop the PLG framework, which includes tracking North Star metrics, recognizing 'Aha!' moments, and fostering a strong culture of experimentation.

• Product Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance the onboarding process, shorten Time-to-Value (TTV), and create in-app triggers to promote virality and expansion.

• Lifecycle Mastery: Work alongside Marketing to design automated, behavior-driven messaging (email, push, in-app) that guides users toward essential activation milestones.

• RevOps & Data Integrity: Partner with RevOps to ensure our technology stack (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot/Salesforce) accurately captures the data needed to initiate sales-assist actions (PQLs) when a self-serve user is prepared to upgrade.

• Experimentation: Conduct ongoing A/B tests on pricing pages, sign-up processes, and gated content to optimize conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations—preferably in a SaaS context.

• Analytical Rigor: Proficient in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) and capable of narrating insights through data.

• Technical Fluency: Familiar with how APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels operate. You communicate effectively in the realms of 'Product' and 'Engineering.'

• The 'Growth Mindset': Comfortable with rapid iterations. You prefer conducting 10 small tests over spending six months developing one 'perfect' feature.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled in influencing teams that do not directly report to you to prioritize growth experiments on the roadmap.
