This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Foundation Development: Establish and construct the PLG framework, which includes tracking North Star metrics, pinpointing "Aha!" moments, and fostering a strong experimentation culture.

• Collaborative Product Engagement: Partner closely with the Product team to enhance the onboarding experience, minimize Time-to-Value (TTV), and create in-app triggers that promote virality and growth.

• Mastery of User Lifecycle: Collaborate with Marketing to develop automated, behavior-driven messaging (email, push notifications, in-app messages) that encourages users towards significant activation milestones.

• RevOps and Data Accuracy: Work alongside RevOps to ensure our technology stack (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot/Salesforce) accurately captures the necessary data to initiate sales-assist actions (PQLs) when a self-serve user is poised to upgrade.

• Ongoing Experimentation: Conduct continuous A/B tests on pricing pages, sign-up processes, and gated content to optimize conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations, preferably in a SaaS setting.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) and capable of conveying insights through data.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels. You can communicate effectively with both "Product" and "Engineering" teams.

• Embracing a Growth Mindset: Comfortable with rapid experimentation. You prefer executing 10 small tests rather than dedicating six months to perfecting a single feature.

• Cross-Functional Leadership Skills: Ability to influence teams that do not report directly to you in order to prioritize growth experiments on the roadmap.
