This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Design and establish the PLG framework, which includes tracking North Star metrics, pinpointing 'Aha!' moments, and fostering a strong culture of experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance the onboarding experience, minimize Time-to-Value (TTV), and implement in-app triggers that promote virality and growth.
• Team up with Marketing to create automated, behavior-driven messaging (via email, push notifications, and in-app messages) that guides users towards important activation milestones.
• Work in conjunction with RevOps to ensure our technology stack (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot/Salesforce) captures the necessary data to initiate sales-assist actions (PQLs) when a self-serve user is prepared to upgrade.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on pricing pages, sign-up processes, and gated content to optimize conversion rates.
• Over 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations—preferably within a SaaS context.
• Proficient in SQL or data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Looker) and skilled at narrating insights through data.
• Familiar with the workings of APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels. You can communicate effectively with both 'Product' and 'Engineering' teams.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration; you prefer executing multiple small tests over developing one 'perfect' feature over an extended period.
• Capable of influencing teams that do not report directly to you to prioritize growth experiments on the roadmap.
• Work from anywhere
• Flexible paid time off
• Flexible working hours (we operate asynchronously)
• 16 weeks of paid parental leave
• Mental health support services
• Stock options
• Learning budget
• Home office budget & IT equipment
• Budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces
