📋 Description

• Collaborate with business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to assess market opportunities, eliminate access barriers, and implement solutions that enhance Teladoc's influence and reach.

• Establish and evaluate product success through growth-oriented outcomes, such as increased covered lives, improved market access, and heightened utilization of virtual care services.

• Communicate product strategy, growth prospects, business cases, and performance results to executive leadership, shaping investment and prioritization choices.

• Utilize customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, payer dynamics, and data-driven insights to guide product strategy and uncover expansion opportunities.

• Promote a high-achieving environment that fosters innovation, experimentation, rapid learning, and robust collaboration across commercial, clinical, operations, and technology teams.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of member, client, payer, and partner requirements to provide solutions that enhance access to care, minimize friction in the healthcare experience, and deliver unique value for Teladoc and its partners.

• Advocate for strategic initiatives that bolster Teladoc's position within the healthcare landscape by broadening reimbursement opportunities, enhancing payer relationships, and facilitating scalable growth through partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of driving growth through effective product strategy, market expansion, strategic partnerships, or commercialization efforts.

• Background in healthcare, digital health, telehealth, health plans, payer solutions, provider networks, or healthcare technology, with a solid understanding of reimbursement models, insurance coverage, and dynamics within the healthcare ecosystem.

• Strong expertise in product management best practices and operating models, with experience leading intricate cross-functional initiatives at scale across business, clinical, operational, and technology sectors.

• Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer, payer, partner, and business needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and proactively clarifying complex strategic, operational, and market challenges with minimal guidance.

• Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels and effectively convey product vision, business value, and growth strategy.

• A strong executive presence is essential.

• Robust analytical and business acumen, including the ability to utilize market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
