Product Lead, Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the product roadmap for the Connect product, which encompasses accounts and transaction APIs.

• Formulate strategies, guide product requirements, and manage execution for some of the most impactful initiatives that cater to modern marketplaces and software platforms.

• Collaborate across various functions including engineering, design, analytics, and other global teams to define, develop, and launch products that enhance user satisfaction.

• Mentor and guide your team on best practices for defining product requirements and effectively delivering on those requirements and the overall roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience managing product managers, with a total of more than 10 years as a product manager.

• Proven experience in leading cross-team initiatives from conception to implementation.

• Strong technical background: You have experience managing technical products and/or hold a degree in computer science (or a related field).

• Demonstrated ability to develop new products (from 0 to 1) as well as a history of delivering continuous improvements to an existing product lineup.

• Profound user empathy and a commitment to achieving a high standard for user experience.

• Tenacity and a determination to ensure the success of your product, employing a whatever-it-takes mentality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
