Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee the SAP SD/MM backlog from the initial intake phase through to refinement and final delivery.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to assess requirements and establish functional solutions.

• Convert business needs into precise, development-ready functional specifications and process documentation.

• Assess change requests in relation to the current SAP ECC landscape and the prospective ERP transformation roadmap.

• Prioritize incoming tasks, effectively balancing new initiatives with operational support and incident management.

• Lead backlog refinement sessions and ensure that work items align with the team's Definition of Ready.

• Maintain functional documentation to ensure consistency of solutions across the SAP landscape.

• Evaluate solution proposals and development estimates while providing support for delivery governance.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and the ERP transformation program across various business domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive practical experience with SAP ECC SD/MM in highly customized enterprise settings.

• Strong skills in business analysis.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and creating detailed functional specifications.

• Experience in managing or owning product backlogs, prioritization, or demand management.

• Capability to challenge business requirements and guide stakeholders toward suitable solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.

• Strong skills in documentation and process modeling.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA or involvement in ERP transformation programs.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with ERP migration strategies and transition planning.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in reviewing development estimates and supporting backlog refinement.

• Nice-to-have: Background in the telecommunications industry.
