Product Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the client onboarding process: Collect requirements, comprehend client objectives, and devise customized solutions utilizing existing features or enhancements.

• Oversee the implementation lifecycle: Manage the complete onboarding process in collaboration with developers and designers.

• Act as the primary client liaison: Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding, handling communication, requirements, and escalations.

• Take ownership of project scope: Administer contracts (SOWs, Order Forms) and ensure that enterprise configurations are successfully integrated.

• Enhance platform usability: Collaborate with product teams to recognize and implement UX/UI improvements.

• Promote continuous improvement: Advocate for enhancements that align the platform with the changing needs of clients and the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in onboarding customized enterprise software solutions or a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of the wealth management industry is mandatory.
