This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for Highspot, overseeing the organization of content, version control, and governance.
• Ensure that the platform serves as the definitive source for all market-facing materials.
• Organize and manage all go-to-market (GTM) assets, including decks, case studies, talk tracks, one-pagers, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor content utilization and engagement metrics to pinpoint gaps and uncover opportunities.
• Promote awareness of essential GTM assets and initiatives among the sales and customer success teams.
• Develop communications and tools that showcase new resources and best practices.
• Keep track of which assets are actively used and which are not receiving attention.
• Collaborate with field leaders to comprehend why certain assets may not be effective and collect feedback for enhancements.
• Assist in delivering foundational GTM onboarding for new employees, ensuring they grasp Panorama's platform narrative, competitive positioning, and key messaging points.
• Contribute to the creation and facilitation of GTM Academy sessions and training programs.
• Update and maintain onboarding materials and documentation.
• Address field requests for tailored assets, competitive positioning, or messaging assistance.
• Engage in sales calls and customer discussions to gain insights into real-world selling challenges and objections.
• Identify market trends and field insights to guide GTM strategy and asset priorities.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar SaaS roles (K-12 experience is beneficial but not required).
• Strong comprehension of the sales process and the buyer journey.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Salesforce, or similar) or a proven ability to swiftly learn new platforms.
• Experience with AI execution.
• Background in developing or delivering training, onboarding, or workshop content.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively across various teams while managing competing priorities.
• Proven ability to collect feedback, communicate insights, and drive actionable outcomes.
