This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, enhance, and implement the comprehensive global go-to-market strategy for the AML & TM suite.
• Expand into new geographical markets and rapidly growing enterprise sectors.
• Take ownership of top-line revenue growth and strategic objectives.
• Identify unexploited market opportunities, structural trends, and emerging regional needs.
• Secure high-value enterprise accounts.
• Conduct competitive analysis and risk/regulatory evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product and Regulatory teams to uphold best-in-class AML & TM solutions across various regional landscapes.
• Integrate Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success for smooth GTM execution and product adoption.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide enablement programs for over 100 Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management team members.
• Work closely with executive leadership to broaden the global presence.
• Over 5 years of sales experience.
• Proven experience in selling AML or Financial Crime products.
• In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulated industries, regulatory frameworks, and competitive environments.
• Track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and entering new markets.
• Experience in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including collaboration across a matrixed organization and influencing and negotiating with leadership and peers.
• Background in managing large-scale educational programs for over 100 participants.
• Proficient in sales analytics and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
