This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Growth strategy - Develop the quarterly growth plan, determining which segments and channels to prioritize, in what sequence, and the rationale behind these choices. Take full ownership of the process from start to finish.
• Segmentation & targeting - Establish the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), prioritize segments, and create the message-channel-segment matrix. Ensure it remains up-to-date as market dynamics evolve.
• Performance marketing - Take charge of paid acquisition efforts, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and channel efficiency. Brief and oversee the Performance Marketeer in executing these strategies.
• Campaign execution & testing - Conceptualize and implement A/B testing. Manage the attribution model and maintain a feedback loop that connects performance data to strategic decisions.
• Product-led growth - Recognize and define Product-Led Growth (PLG) loops, including referral mechanics, freemium triggers, and in-product signals that enhance the sales process.
• Price modelling - Analyze how changes in pricing impact conversion rates, expansion, and segment composition. Provide insights to the Director and Product Operations Specialist.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, or commercial strategy, with direct accountability for acquisition targets.
• Proven track record in managing paid acquisition campaigns with budget oversight, rather than merely contributing to them.
• Experience in developing pricing models that have influenced commercial strategies.
• Skilled in designing and implementing A/B tests with a documented framework.
• Knowledge of PLG mechanics and the ability to create in-product acquisition loops.
• Excellent writing capabilities, as crafting commercial briefs is a fundamental aspect of this role, requiring clarity without the need for translation.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
