Product Growth Head, IIX Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Direct user acquisition strategies to expand the reach of IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™.

• Formulate and oversee strategic partnerships with donors, investors, and stakeholders focused on impact.

• Align growth strategies of the platform with IIX’s mission to amplify social and environmental outcomes.

• Define and implement product roadmaps to improve platform functionality and user experience.

• Adopt agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and foster continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to boost platform capabilities.

• Spearhead innovation initiatives, converting business priorities into scalable solutions.

• Supervise the incorporation of data-driven decision-making and cutting-edge technologies.

• Execute process enhancements to improve platform performance and user engagement.

• Foster stronger collaboration with donors, investors, INGOs, and corporate partners.

• Ensure compliance of IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ with ESG principles and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

• Promote gender-focused and climate-conscious investment strategies through data-driven insights.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and UX designers.

• Recruit and onboard specialists in digital platforms, data analytics, and ESG integration.

• Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Over 10 years of experience in platform management, data analytics, and digital product development.

• Proficiency in strategic thinking, execution, and product innovation.

• Strong knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau), and UI/UX principles.

• Experience with ESG frameworks, impact investing, and sustainable finance.

• Capability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledge of data privacy, security regulations, and compliance standards.
