This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Facilitate product adoption among internal teams (operators, brand managers, sales) and external customers.
• Develop and execute onboarding processes, guided product experiences, and use-case-focused journeys.
• Ensure the product serves as the default operational layer rather than just a collection of underutilized features.
• Generate internal playbooks, usage standards, and best practice guidelines.
• Promote internal product utilization across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok-related teams.
• Define and enhance user journeys, workflows, and interface clarity throughout the Commerce Intelligence system.
• Guarantee a clear signal → decision → outcome flow within the product experience.
• Remove unnecessary complexity, disjointed dashboards, and ambiguous actions.
• Align product workflows with the operational practices of expert operators in real-world settings.
• Establish and sustain a continuous feedback loop among customers, operators, and sales.
• Convert feedback into product enhancements, UX improvements, and feature prioritization.
• Monitor and enhance key product metrics: adoption, retention, and depth of usage.
• Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for expansion.
• Boost feature adoption, cross-product utilization, and overall engagement.
• Assist product marketing by articulating clear narratives regarding Eva’s system-based methodology.
• Position the product as an intelligence-driven system rather than a fragmented tool.
• Aid in sales enablement and use-case communication.
• Assist in structuring product entry points for Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok use cases.
• Support pricing evolution based on the value delivered by the product, usage levels, and customer maturity.
• Ensure product packaging and pricing reflect actual customer value and product capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to maintain alignment between product development, user needs, and business objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be permanently located in Türkiye.
• Over 10 years of experience in product roles within technology companies.
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms, data-driven products, and B2B or eCommerce settings.
• Strong comprehension of product adoption, retention, and product-market fit.
• Excellent UX/UI judgment with the ability to simplify complex systems and design for action and clarity.
• Strong systems thinking ability to connect data, workflows, decisions, and outcomes.
• Experience in translating ideas into delivered product improvements in cross-functional environments.
• Capable of working efficiently with engineering, sales, and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of product usability, onboarding, and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
