Product Growth Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create a holistic perspective of self-service customers, encompassing usage trends, customer health, satisfaction levels, retention risks, unmet requirements, and potential growth areas.

• Convert customer needs and business strategies into capacity forecasts and facilitate capacity allocation decisions.

• Assess effective capacity usage and identify opportunities to enhance the commercial value of the available capacity.

• Design and assess pricing and packaging strategies, including guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments, clawback mechanisms, and provisioned throughput units.

• Offer data-driven insights for both self-service and managed offerings, focusing on customer segmentation, pricing strategies, capacity considerations, and product priorities.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales teams to transform insights into tangible product and operational enhancements.

• Exceptional commercial and product acumen, with the ability to balance customer value, monetization, growth, and profitability.

• Practical experience in analyzing extensive customer, product, and usage datasets using analytical or distributed data-processing tools.

• Proficient financial modeling skills with the capability to distill complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Background in pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial analytics for technical or consumption-based products.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

• A proactive and hands-on working approach, capable of functioning effectively in an ambiguous and technically intricate environment.
