Product Experience Owner – Verint Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational product experience for the Verint Operations Manager platform within the enterprise.

• Take ownership and manage the operational roadmap for Verint Operations Manager.

• Establish enterprise standards for task design, workflow structure, prioritization, and governance of execution.

• Convert operational execution requirements into platform capabilities, configuration standards, and system specifications.

• Ensure that operational workflows meet performance, compliance, and service-level expectations.

• Uphold a strong documentation discipline.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for operational leaders and execution teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact between CX stakeholders and Technology Product Owners.

• Collaborate with Technology Product Owners during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery execution.

• Assess analyst and vendor deliverables for quality, alignment with standards, and operational viability.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Operational Analysts involved in Operations Manager initiatives.

• Convey complex quality and analytics concepts in clear, executive-ready language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in back-office operational execution environments.

• Proven experience in providing operational product ownership or business consulting for enterprise workflow or task management platforms.

• Strong experience at the intersection of operations and technology across complex, multi-account environments.

• In-depth experience with Verint Operations Manager or similar workflow orchestration solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to standardize, optimize, and scale operational execution models across various lines of business.
