Product Engineer, Voice AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and suggest improvements.

• Engage directly with users to comprehend their challenges.

• Design, prioritize, and execute full-stack features from initial concept to production utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Take ownership of code reviews, testing, performance, and reliability.

• Work closely with the Customer Engineering team to integrate user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with real-time audio, speech pipelines, or LLM-powered agents is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering software products.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React; capable of managing a full-stack feature independently.

• Strong product intuition; adept at recognizing workflow enhancements rather than merely following directives.

• Ability to balance speed and quality, ensuring delivery without leaving any unresolved issues.

• Openness to interact with customers and allow real-world insights to influence priorities.
