Product Engineer, Telephony

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and suggest improvements.

• Engage directly with users to comprehend their challenges.

• Strategize, prioritize, and execute full-stack features from concept to production utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Take ownership of code quality, reviews, testing, performance, and reliability.

• Work closely with the Customer Engineering team to integrate user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with telephony or real-time communication systems (SIP, WebRTC, or similar) is highly advantageous.

• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying software products.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React; comfortable taking charge of a full-stack feature independently.

• Possess product instinct; capable of identifying workflow enhancements beyond mere implementation of instructions.

• Ability to find a balance between speed and quality, delivering quickly while maintaining cleanliness in code.

• Openness to communicate with customers and allow real-world insights to influence priorities.
