Product Engineer, Core Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and suggest areas for improvement.

• Engage directly with users to comprehend their challenges.

• Strategically plan, prioritize, and execute full-stack features from initial concept to production utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Take ownership of code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure testing, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Engineering team to integrate user insights.

• Contribute to the core engine, including the agent runtime, workflows, and APIs that facilitate conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing scalable backend systems (APIs, queues, data models) is highly advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying software products.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React; capable of independently managing a full-stack feature.

• Strong product intuition; able to recognize and implement workflow enhancements rather than just following directives.

• Ability to balance speed and quality while delivering results without causing technical debt.

• Openness to engage with customers and allow real-world insights to inform priorities.
