Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from the discovery phase all the way through implementation and ongoing enhancement.

• Develop scalable applications utilizing TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their challenges and validate potential solutions.

• Shape product decisions through your technical expertise and insights gained from customer interactions.

• Provide high-quality software focused on customer value, usability, and performance.

• Participate in a dynamic product environment where ideas rapidly transition into production features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses substantial commercial experience in developing SaaS products using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Enjoys taking initiative and is comfortable making both technical and product-related decisions.

• Thinks beyond mere implementation and proactively seeks ways to enhance the customer experience.

• Has a background in creating modern, customer-facing web applications.

• Approaches software development with a pragmatic mindset, balancing quality with the speed of execution.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Fluent in German at a native level and communicates effectively in English.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with NestJS or other comparable backend frameworks.

• Experience working on AI-driven or data-centric products.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary development practices.

• Participation in customer interviews, product discovery sessions, or user testing is a plus.

• A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
