Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Identify product opportunities: Recognize gaps or areas for improvement before being prompted. Present proposals rather than solely focusing on execution.

• Engage with users directly: Gain insights into issues by communicating with those experiencing them. No intermediaries, no filtered requirements.

• Deliver features from start to finish: Plan, prioritize, and develop comprehensive features (React + TypeScript) from conception to production.

• Take ownership of quality: Conduct code reviews, testing, and ensure performance and reliability—this product is as much yours as it is anyone else's.

• Collaborate effectively: Work in tandem with the Customer Engineering team to integrate genuine user feedback into your upcoming projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in building and launching software products.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React—you are confident in managing a complete full-stack feature independently.

• Strong product intuition—you can assess a workflow and identify necessary improvements rather than just executing instructions.

• Ability to balance speed and quality—you deliver quickly without creating chaos.

• Openness to communicating with customers and allowing reality to influence your priorities.
