Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and launch customer-centric full-stack features for both established and nascent products.

• Develop and integrate AI-native functionalities, including LLM-driven workflows, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.

• Lead technical execution across various phases such as prototyping, architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

• Design systems that coordinate AI models, tools, and workflows, ensuring reliability, low latency, scalability, and production accuracy.

• Assess product behavior, collect customer insights, and enhance AI experiences through systematic experimentation and evaluation.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, designers, product managers, sales, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Create secure, reliable, and scalable products tailored for large enterprise clients and intricate IT ecosystems.

• Collect customer insights, identify challenges, and translate them into enhanced product experiences.

• Establish and refine development workflows, tools, and processes to boost engineering efficiency.

• Assess technologies, make architectural decisions, and contribute to overarching product strategy.

• Take ownership of projects from ideation to launch while balancing customer expectations, technical excellence, and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in developing full-stack products within startup or high-growth settings.

• Proficient full-stack engineering capabilities with experience in creating production-grade applications and delivering customer-facing products.

• Familiarity with building or integrating AI-enhanced products, including AI agents, LLM-based applications, orchestration frameworks, or intelligent workflows.

• Experience in developing products for enterprise scenarios, with an understanding of scalability, security, and intricate customer demands.

• Strong product-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience throughout the product development lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to production deployment and continuous iteration.

• Bonus: experience in developing AI agents or agentic systems for enterprise applications.

• Bonus: familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and agent execution systems.

• Bonus: expertise in designing evaluation, experimentation, or feedback-loop systems for AI-driven products.
