Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, develop, and deliver software in accordance with customer specifications.

• Instrument and monitor events, performance metrics (latency, errors), and product metrics (feature usage) to ensure system reliability and guide decision-making.

• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to ensure alignment of requirements, validate assumptions, and prioritize the project roadmap.

• Prototype, test, and iterate utilizing feature flags, zero-downtime migrations, and A/B testing methodologies.

• Maintain stable operations through observability, continuous deployment, basic Site Reliability Engineering (SLIs/SLOs), and incident resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using code-generation tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.).

• Strong background in software engineering.

• Familiarity with best practices concerning performance, security, observability, and scalability.

• Comprehend the effects of each feature on business metrics and user experience.

• Capable of formulating and validating hypotheses through data analysis (discovery, funnels, and A/B testing).
