Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Designing, developing, and delivering systems that drive JOIN.

• Collaborating with our databases and infrastructure to ensure reliability as we expand.

• Engaging in mobile or web frontend tasks when the team requires assistance.

• Taking ownership of your projects from initial prototyping to final production release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Seasoned engineer: you are not limited to a single language or framework; you assess what's necessary and take action.

• Full stack expertise with a focus on backend: You are proficient in backend and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), comfortable with infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker, Terraform); You have some experience with TypeScript/Node.js, Java or Kotlin, and React/React Native, or native iOS/Android.

• You frequently release to production and understand the implications of that responsibility.

• You are capable of working autonomously, without requiring constant guidance.

• You utilize AI to enhance your capabilities and achieve more, rather than bypassing the understanding of what you are building.
