Product Distribution Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the consolidation of supplier partnerships and streamline the product portfolio.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial model and market entry strategy.

• Take ownership of the product distribution profit and loss statement, ensuring accountability for gross profit outcomes.

• Lead, stabilize, and nurture a small yet expanding product sales team.

• Create and enhance pathways for over 30 branches to effectively capture and meet product demand.

• Incorporate product-related initiatives from acquired companies into a cohesive framework.

• Foster consistency in pricing, sales strategies, and internal procedures.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles in product sales, ordering, and fulfillment processes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams.

• Establish scalable processes and operational models in the early stages to support long-term growth.

• Proven track record in product distribution, commercial operations, or similar leadership roles in business.

• Demonstrated responsibility for profit and loss or revenue-generating business segments.

• Strong capability to evaluate complex, imperfect situations and swiftly prioritize actions.

• Experience operating within decentralized or acquisitive corporate structures.

• Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

• Proven history of enhancing gross profit performance and operational consistency.
