This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Intelligence products and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess reporting needs, collect requirements, and prioritize enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
• Oversee and prioritize the Business Intelligence product backlog while balancing technical constraints, customer expectations, and organizational goals.
• Work alongside operations, development, and client success teams to guarantee the effective delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.
• Create and sustain standardized reports, dashboards, and KPIs that promote operational excellence across various business units.
• Establish reporting frameworks that facilitate cross-client benchmarking while catering to individual customer needs.
• Recognize and apply best practices, insights, and reporting innovations derived from internal teams and client collaborations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and proactive reporting capabilities that help uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Update internal stakeholders and customers about product developments, roadmap priorities, and reporting enhancements.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making by providing valuable insights that bolster business growth and operational performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Product Management, or a similar role within healthcare revenue cycle management.
• In-depth understanding of revenue cycle management metrics, reporting standards, and industry benchmarks.
• Experience in managing product initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, and client-facing groups.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in converting business needs into actionable reporting and product requirements.
• Capability to influence stakeholders and achieve alignment across various teams and priorities.
