Product Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite.

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team in product management.

• Own and develop the product roadmap to ensure its growth and scalability.

• Facilitate the seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows.

• Convert customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions.

• Advocate for design excellence while delivering user-centric and intuitive solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

• Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in discussions with customers, internal leadership meetings, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Extensive expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the priorities of AP teams and CFOs.

• Hands-on experience in developing AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market.

• Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with the capability to drive outcomes from start to finish.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting priorities based on feedback, data, and market insights.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• Proven track record of leading and developing product teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with peers and executive leadership.
