📋 Description

• Establish and articulate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite.

• Guide, mentor, and empower a high-performing product management team.

• Take ownership of and expand the product roadmap.

• Ensure the smooth integration of procurement and payment workflows.

• Convert customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-informed product decisions.

• Advocate for design excellence and deliver solutions that are intuitive and user-focused.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation through to launch.

• Serve as the representative for the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer discussions, internal leadership meetings, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with extensive expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end AP workflows, including the daily requirements of AP teams and the strategic goals of CFOs.

• Practical experience in developing AI-powered products and successfully launching them to market.

• Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with the capacity to drive results end to end, act proactively, and identify and resolve challenges early.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapt, and modify priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights.

• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer requirements, business objectives, and market opportunities.

• Proven track record in leading and developing product teams, complemented by excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with peers and executive leadership.
