Product Development – Packaging Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and develop innovative consumer products tailored for Amazon and various e-commerce platforms.

• Produce packaging designs, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics.

• Create comprehensive product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers.

• Establish specifications for home goods, textiles, apparel, and other consumer items.

• Convert product concepts and references into precise factory instructions.

• Evaluate samples and implement updates to design, color, materials, sizing, and construction.

• Organize and prepare artwork, dielines, tech packs, and production documents.

• Work in collaboration with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.

• Ensure that products and packaging maintain visual consistency, functionality, and e-commerce readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product development, production design, packaging, or consumer goods.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience in creating packaging artwork and print-ready production files.

• Ability to develop detailed product specifications, tech packs, or factory-ready documentation.

• Strong knowledge of color, typography, layout, materials, and product presentation.

• Comfortable handling physical products, measurements, samples, and revisions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple products at once.

• Experience with Amazon or e-commerce products is highly advantageous.

• Background in home goods, textiles, apparel, accessories, or related consumer products is a plus.
