Corporate Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Enhance and refine presentation decks for visual appeal, clarity, and a professional finish

• Analyze slide arrangements, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and information density

• Elevate existing materials to meet high-quality corporate presentation standards

• Ensure that complex business concepts are conveyed clearly and effectively

• Evaluate layouts for balance, spacing, grouping, and visual hierarchy

• Identify alignment issues, uneven elements, excessive whitespace, and inadequate margin control

• Enhance page and slide composition while maintaining the integrity of the content

• Assess typography for readability, hierarchy, consistency, and a professional look

• Refine formatting and implement standardized practices across all deliverables

• Review professional documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs in conjunction with presentation materials

• Enhance tables, charts, text blocks, and other components of knowledge work

• Compare different versions of the same deliverable to determine the most effective starting point

• Evaluate alternatives in layout, typography, color, domain relevance, and overall refinement

• Revise selected deliverables to achieve a polished, publication-ready quality

• Provide clear, specific, and actionable written design feedback

• Justify evaluation decisions with specific visual evidence

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in presentation design, visual design, graphic design, corporate design, marketing communications, or a related discipline

• Proven track record of creating or reviewing polished business and client-facing materials

• Relevant experience may encompass management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency roles, or marketing communications

• Strong visual judgment regarding layout, spacing, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition

• Capability to detect subtle design inconsistencies

• Comprehensive understanding of professional business deliverables

• Proficient in articulating design decisions clearly in writing

• Keen attention to detail

• Authentic interest in both content quality and presentation aesthetics

• Completion of an approximately 45-minute Corporate Design calibration assessment

• Work must be carried out without using any confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position
