Product Development Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Monitor and enhance ongoing product development workflows, ensuring adherence to timelines and priorities.

• Follow up on outstanding items and proactively identify risks or obstacles.

• Organize sample requests, feedback loops, development testing, and track issues until resolution.

• Keep precise and structured product documentation, including specifications and developmental records.

• Assist in the creation of handoff materials to ensure readiness for production.

• Collaborate across functions with Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.

• Oversee multiple concurrent workflows with a keen eye for detail and organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product development, product coordination, or a similar execution-oriented position.

• Proven experience working with physical products, including samples, specifications, and development processes.

• Strong organizational abilities with a consistent track record of follow-through and attention to detail.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and escalate issues when necessary.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in common software tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable).

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, testing, or Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is advantageous.
