This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct research on emerging trends, styles, and consumer preferences in home décor.
• Evaluate competitor products based on features, pricing, imagery, and market positioning.
• Identify market gaps and opportunities to inspire new product concepts.
• Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to enhance the product assortment.
• Monitor KPIs such as sell-through rate, margin, inventory turnover, and weeks/months of stock cover.
• Assess SKU performance on Amazon, including sales trends, pricing, and listing quality, and highlight top and bottom performers.
• Create and maintain regular reports and presentations detailing product performance, trends, and insights.
• Suggest enhancements for pricing, listings, images, promotions, and product specifications.
• Assist with data entry and upkeep of the master product database.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to facilitate data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, merchandising, e-commerce, or related fields (internships are included).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with a strong comfort level working with data.
• Possess an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Have an interest in home décor, retail, or consumer products.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing for reports and recommendations.
• Bonus: familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or marketplace data.
