Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with enterprise clients to comprehend their business processes, operations, workflows, KPIs, and limitations.

• Recognize automation possibilities and develop agentic orchestration strategies utilizing Netomi’s AI platform.

• Create comprehensive solution blueprints that include workflows, data exchanges, escalation logic, guardrails, analytics, and agent lifecycle design.

• Define complete Agentic AI architectures that encompass intents, actions, tools, integration points, and decision-making logic.

• Collaborate with customer technical teams to outline integration dependencies such as APIs, events, SSO, CRMs, ticketing systems, and internal tools.

• Take charge of producing integration design documents and assist Integration Engineers throughout the implementation phase.

• Ensure that agent workflows adhere to enterprise standards regarding security, reliability, audit, and governance.

• Work alongside Product & Engineering teams to convert customer requirements into features or enhancements.

• Act as the product owner during deployment, managing priorities, clarifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow evolution.

• Validate the solution's end-to-end behavior with QA and guide the development of test plans, scenario tests, and criteria for success.

• Conduct reviews of user experience concerning agent outputs and fine-tune behaviors.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders in departments such as CX, Operations, Digital Transformation, and Engineering.

• Present architectural advice, best practices, and suggestions for the roadmap.

• Provide training to customer teams on agentic workflows, governance, and strategies for performance improvement.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule with high quality, minimal rework, and significant impact.

• Promote continuous improvement through playbooks, reusable workflow templates, and integration patterns.

• Maintain extensive knowledge in agentic AI, LLMs, workflow orchestration, and enterprise systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Implementation Consulting, Product Consulting, or Workflow Design for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.

• Proven experience in designing intricate workflows and integrations across enterprise systems.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, converting them into technical specifications, and driving execution.

• Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, data flows, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success Management, engineering, product, and QA teams.
