Labor Analyst – Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Gather customer labor and operational data to generate automated schedule recommendations utilizing Ando’s model.

• Conduct weekly analysis of schedule versus actual outcomes.

• Contribute to the labor matrix and perform cost and usage analyses to guide pricing and strategic positioning.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product enhancements.

• Manage the onboarding process with each new customer and spearhead the change-management dialogue.

• Maintain the weekly relationship.

• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with company executives.

• Proactively identify customer needs before they are expressed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in restaurant operations.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis.

• Comfortable using SQL and various data tools.

• Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.

• High emotional intelligence.

• Honest, proactive, and anticipatory in approach.

• Ideal candidates will possess a background in workforce analytics or operations research, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality SaaS sector, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
