This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Convert product strategy and discovery insights into organized engineering tasks.
β’ Create clear and detailed user stories along with acceptance criteria that adhere to the INVEST principle.
β’ Decompose product initiatives and epics into well-defined stories that encompass both functional and non-functional requirements.
β’ Manage and prioritize the development backlog, ensuring that there are 2β3 sprints of work ready to go.
β’ Take ownership of story and defect prioritization within the development backlog in accordance with the direction of the Product Manager.
β’ Lead agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
β’ Act as the primary point of clarification for developers during sprints, raising strategic questions to Product Managers when necessary.
β’ Collaborate closely with UX, QA, and engineering leads to guarantee that stories are accompanied by specifications, diagrams, and testing considerations.
β’ Identify any lacking requirements and proactively follow up to avoid development delays.
β’ Facilitate internal issue triage discussions and channel feedback and product issues into prioritization processes.
β’ Ensure that product requirements and supporting documentation are comprehensive, structured, and easily accessible for the development team.
β’ Utilize AI-assisted workflows to enhance requirements, validate acceptance criteria, and pinpoint non-functional requirements.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Operations role within a software development setting.
β’ Proven experience working with agile product development teams.
β’ A BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
β’ Opportunity to work 100% remotely.
